Olá!

Eu sou a Elisenda (pode me chamar de Li) e fico muito feliz por você ter me encontrado!
Meu amor pela fotografia começou cedo, aos 10 anos de idade, quando consegui convencer meu pai a me emprestar a câmera dele para levar a um passeio do colégio. Saí fotografando tudo o que via na minha frente, mas o que me marcou mesmo foi a incrível mágica da fotografia: a capacidade de eternizar segundos, de prolongar a memória, de gravar a luz.
Esse dia de descoberta aconteceu a quase 20 anos. Como o tempo passa! Nessas quase duas décadas fui aprendendo mais e mais sobre essa arte. Fui aprendendo a esperar por aquele exato momento quando tudo é poesia, quando a luz e a emoção se unem em um segundo perfeito. E é por isso que hoje sou fotógrafa: para, mesmo que só no papel, poder parar o tempo. Poder parar o tempo por você!

Hi! I'm Elisenda (you can call me Li) and I'm so happy you've found me!
My love for Photography started early, when I was around 10. One day, I asked my dad to let me borrow his camera for a field trip. He was reluctant, but agreed eventually. Well, I have two memories of that day: 1. Photographing everything that dared crossed my way! 2. The way I felt photographing. I don't think the photos I took were really good, but what stuck with me was the utter magic of photography: this crazy ability to perpetuate a second in time, to prolong our memories, to record light.
This day of discovery happened almost 20 years ago. Time flies! In these almost two decades I've been trying to learn more and more about this art form. I've been learning how to anticipate that exact moment when everything is poetry, when light and emotion unite in a perfect second. That's why today I'm a photographer. So that, even if only in paper, I can stop time. So that I can stop time for you too!

Murilo • Kids

Domingo passado, um dia perfeitamente ensolarado (pra variar, né, porque aqui em São Paulo só chove!), me encontrei com a Carol e o Marcos que inscreveram o filhinho na promoção de estreia.

O Murilo é lindo demais e eu sabia que tinha de fotografá-lo! Passamos uma horinha no parque fotografando enquanto o Murilo brincava com massinhas, andava de “motoca” e se divertia no parquinho! Fofo fofo!

Last Sunday, a perfectly sunny day (for a change, since it rains like there’s no end here in São Paulo!), I met up with Carol and Marcos, who signed up their little kid for my very first portrait giveaway, and won!

Murilo is just the cutest and I knew I had to photograph him! We spent an hour in the park shooting while Murilo played with his “play-doh” collection, rode on his tricycle and had tons of fun at the playground. Super cutie patootie!
